The Sadie Hills Hotel sits on the ocean block at 120th Street, which is the part of Ocean City where the crowd thins out and you can still hear the water from the parking lot. The beach is a three minute walk down the dune crossing, and there is a parking space with your name on it for the whole stay. That combination is harder to find up here than you would think.

We have three kinds of rooms and none of them are a surprise. A King Room for two, a Two Queens for four, and an Oceanfront Suite with a separate living room and a balcony that runs the width of it for six. Every room has free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge and a Keurig, and every guest gets continental breakfast from 7 to 10 AM and the heated pool from Memorial Day to late September.

The front desk is staffed 7 AM to 11 PM and after that you let yourself in with a keypad code we send the day you arrive. We are smoke-free throughout and we cannot take pets, though service animals are always welcome. Everything else, from the beach chairs by the side door to the ice machine on your floor, is there to save you a trip.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. The front desk is staffed 7 AM to 11 PM; arrivals after 11 PM get a keypad code by text on the day of arrival.
Is parking free?
Yes. One free space per room in the on-site lot, first come first served, plus two EV chargers. There is no valet.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A complimentary continental breakfast is served 7 to 10 AM in the lobby lounge: pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Service animals are always welcome.
How far is the beach?
About a three minute walk. The hotel sits on the ocean block at 120th Street; cross Coastal Highway and the dune path takes you straight onto the sand.
When is the pool open?
The heated outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through late September, 9 AM to 9 PM. It closes for the season in October.
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible Rate bookings can be cancelled free until 4 PM two days before arrival; after that the first night is kept. Advance Purchase bookings are non-refundable.
Which rooms have an ocean view?
The Oceanfront Suite has a full oceanfront balcony. King Rooms have a small balcony with a partial ocean view. Two Queens rooms face the side street.
Do you have cribs or rollaway beds?
Cribs are free on request; ask when booking so one is set up before you arrive. There are no rollaway beds. The Oceanfront Suite has a sleeper sofa.
How do I get to the Boardwalk from the hotel?
The Boardwalk is about 15 minutes away by car, or take the Coastal Highway bus, which stops a block from the hotel and runs all day. Free parking here means you can leave the car and ride.
